Dear Moontide Owner, I had recently rented your condo at Moontide and wished to take the time to once again congratulate you on the wonderful updated condition of your property. We felt ourselves quite fortunate to have been able to spend April in such modern surroundings. I must comment on the small details I noticed that make it so pleasant for visitors. The extra warm clothing in the closet, the cane (not needed yet) and ample chairs and kitchen utensils. It seems you left nothing to chance right down to flashlight batteries! We appreciated the attention to the refrigerator repair as well. I just completed my visit to Moontide. I had stayed at the Moontide two years ago. What brings a visitor like myself back is the incredible staff that keeps the place going and is so accommodating. As much as possible I commend their efforts but I feel there should be some special mention at the monthly meetings to acknowledge the role of maintenance and the office staff for keeping us all a bit happier. Particular mention to Teresa who is incredibly efficient and helpful. It is one thing to have the perfect unit but if there isn't support staff and good management, things can quickly deteriorate. " Much more then expected" - Just returned from a weeks stay in this condo. It was the first time my wife & I have rented a condo so we did not know what to expect. The condo was perfect, super clean, bed extremely comfortable * contained all the amenities one would ever need. The view is spectacular. It is so close to the beach you can actually lay in the bed and see the sand, the surf & if you leave the blinds open, wake up to beautiful sunrises. The owner & the staff at Moontide are fabulous. Extremely responsive and willing to help wherever they can. All done with great personalities & smiles. The building and the grounds are very well maintained . Only had one problem & that was we only rented the condo for a week. It was like we just arrived and then had to pick up & go home. We enjoyed our accommodations, the people, and the area so much that next year we are signing up for 2 weeks. - Patricia B
