We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA MASTERCARD, personal or travelers' checks, cash, or money orders on rates as shown.
Check-in time is 3 PM to 4 PM. Check-out time is before 9 AM on departure date. If you are arriving after office hours we have a lock box near the 3P entrance on the parking deck. Please call the office at 1-800-421-8222 or 386-428-5691 well before arrival for the daily lock code.
- Rates for weeks including Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, and Spring Break are slightly higher. A "Monthly" period for summer and off-season months is defined as any consecutive rental period totaling 28 days (4 weeks) starting with a Saturday check-in and ending with a Saturday departure.
- Weekly rates vary depending on the week during the Summer. The lower rates shown are available from May 1st to June 15th, and for the last two weeks of August.
- Rental rates and fees are subject to Florida's 6% Sales Tax and Volusia County Development 6.5% Tax. Stays of more than 6 months are exempt from this tax.
- Prior to confirmation, rates and/or units are subject to change.
- No security deposit is required. Instead we charge a non-refundable Damage Waiver fee for which you are protected for accidental damage to your unit or to Moontide's common areas up to $1,000. A payment of$300 is required within 7 business days of booking to confirm your reservation. 50% is due 90 days before arrival and the balance of rent, taxes, and fees is due upon check-in. We will need a credit card pre-authorization at check-in, but the authorization will be removed after check-out if no charges are incurred for excess cleaning, excess laundry, failure to return keys or the garage door opener upon departure, or intentional damage to the unit.
- Last minute bookings require full payment at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. Walk-ins are welcome.
- You may cancel your reservation in writing up to 90-days prior to check-in and all monies will be refunded less a $60 cancellation fee. All cancellations within 90-days of your scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of prepaid amounts. However, if we can re-rent your unit for the same dates and rental rates, prepaid amounts will be returned to you less the $60 cancellation fee.
- No boats, recreational vehicles, trailers, commercial vehicles, or pets are allowed on Moontide's premises. There is some parking available nearby but cannot be guaranteed.
